A special thank you to Pakachoag's wonderful music teacher, Mrs. Mary Casey and her talented students.  Our 4th graders performed many patriotic songs this morning for parents, grandparents and several local veterans from the Chester P. Tuttle Post 279 in Auburn.  I want to thank the following veterans for being present today:  Ray Granger, Ken Thompson, Phyllis Gallant, David Peckham, Walt Josti, Dick Brodeur, Herb Andrews, Ken Balkus, John Doherty, Steve Gallant and our special guest speaker Mr. Tom Shoemaker, Past Department Commander.  From songs (new and old), to poetry, to flags waving, to the beautiful playing of taps by our 5th grade band members, everyone in the audience was moved by the event.  Thank you all.
